Tina is a very passionate director with more than 29 years’ experience in the industry. She has spent 9 years on the Employment Forum and 3 years on the Skills Board of Jersey. In October 2018 she joined the board of governors for Highlands College, where she hopes to use her passion for skills and careers to connect the College with employers. Other committees that she is involved in are; the IoD Shadow Scheme, Chamber of Commerce Education subcommittee and the JFL Education working party. Tina is well known in the Island and is also an active Rotarian, she was President of Rotary de La Manche 2015-2016. This club is involved in the Round Island Walk, The Big Car Boot, EndPolio Campaign, Shoeboxes and a lot more. She is married with three children and three grandchildren.
Lindsay has over 14 years’ experience in recruiting for a range of sectors. Covering financial services, charities, commercial and the public sector, Lindsay has built long-standing relationships by offering a personal and supportive service to Clients and Candidates.
Having worked through a number of roles at ASL, Lindsay’s current focus is on supporting the operational aspects of the business. Passionate about quality of service, Lindsay works on analysing and refining internal processes to improve productivity and efficiency, supporting the team to provide a smooth and efficient service.
Lesley is a Senior Consultant at ASL and joined the company in 2004. Lesley has a great aptitude at listening to what candidates want from a role and organization and takes pride in getting to know her candidates in order to best help them find the right fit. She enjoys seeing returning candidates as well as new and loves being part of their successful career journey from wherever they may start. Lesley likes to emulate how she feels in her own role on to others–finding a role they will enjoy and be successful in whilst ensuring a good work-life balance is also attained. Lesley likes to make sure that candidates requirement tick boxes are marked off equally as much as the employers and does not have the view any seat will do….. it’s all about finding the right one.
Following an extensive career within the local Finance industry and Media Marketing and Sales, Beverley is passionate to use her experience within these areas to place the right people on the right career path. Using her Business Development experience, Beverley enjoys meeting with new and existing clients to develop important and strong relationships, understanding and identifying their culture and recruitment requirements and then matching candidates exactly to their need.
A ‘people person’ Beverley loves meeting new people, giving them ideas and finding not just a great position but a fantastic employer that they will slot in to.
Emilie joined ASL in 2018 bringing with her 10 years’ Recruitment experience encompassing Temp, Perm, Contract and Account Management. She services the fast paced Temp desk at ASL and is passionate about careers advice, working with candidates and employers to find the perfect match. Well versed in local employment law, she keeps herself up to date with current legislation and has a particular interest in Wellbeing in the workplace and the advancements taking place in this area.
Emilie is also an exhibiting Artist (you can find her work in different locations around the Island!) and in her spare time enjoys cycling, cooking and all things creative. Cat enthusiast.
Muriel has a diverse range of experience across finance, commercial & retail businesses. Before joining the team at ASL, Muriel held a supervisory position for 4 years within a recruitment agency that specialised in retail. As ASL’s first point of contact, Muriel is dedicated to delivering a warm, welcoming and professional service to all of our clients and candidates whilst providing all areas of the business with essential administration support.
