MIRP Assoc CIPD - DirectorTina is a very passionate director with more than 29 years of experience in recruitment. She spent 9 years on the Employment Forum and 3 years on the Skills Board of Jersey, which provided her a wealth of inside knowledge to help propel clients and candidates.
In 2018, Tina joined the board of governors for Highlands College, where she hopes to use her passion for skills and careers to connect the college with employers. She has also been involved with the IoD Shadow Scheme, the Chamber of Commerce Education subcommittee, and the JFL Education working party.
Tina is well known around the Island and is an active Rotarian, having served as President of Rotary de La Manche in 2015-2016. She has participated in a number of local events including the Round Island Walk, The Big Car Boot, the EndPolio campaign, and many more. When she’s not working or volunteering, Tina can be found spending time with her children and grandchildren or out dog walking.

Search SpecialistBrett is an enthusiastic recruitment consultant with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He is currently leading the recruitment programme for the Government of Jersey’s Modernisation and Digital project.
With extensive experience in the IT, Change, and Digital areas, Brett is able to understand and provide solutions for complex requirements.
Outside of work, you might see Brett out for a run down a quiet path, on his bicycle trying to break a personal best, or in the kitchen trying out a new recipe. Brett is also passionate about technology and is always interested in learning about new tech and gadgets.

Recruitment SpecialistVeronica is a Recruitment Specialist who has joined the ASL family over a year ago. She started her career in the finance industry where she developed valuable client-facing and customer service skills. Veronica is currently studying towards the Level 3 CIPD Certificate.
Having a passion for people means Veronica enjoys working directly with clients and candidates. She ensures the right people are placed in not just the right role, but also the right team and culture for those involved.
Outside of working hours, you’ll find Veronica working out at the gym, spending time with her family at home, or out and about with her friends.

Recruitment SpecialistKim initially joined the ASL team in 2020 to support our consultants after working with the LAW Group since early 2019. She has since taken on the responsibility of managing our temp desk and is always provides a warm welcome to everyone in the ASL office.
Her previous experience in client facing roles allows Kim to provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, and she is always happy to help.
When she is not at work, Kim is busy being a mum to three active girls. She also enjoys spending time with her brothers and friends going out for dinner and having the odd cocktail night.
