At ASL, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. Rather than having a scattergun approach which results in a probation crisis and candidates dreading going to work, we ensure our candidates and clients make the right choice.

We understand that moving with the times is key, and we’re ready to take our service to the next level.

This week, we launched our new Engagement Hub. This platform has been designed with you in mind, based on feedback from candidates and staff, so that you have all the information you need to make that next move at the click of a button.

Engagement Hub

We can now offer you enhanced searching capabilities and an online space where you can manage all of your applications and searches in one place. Once you have signed up to our new job alerts, you will receive an email invitation to join the ASL Engagement Hub and create your own profile.

After you have activated your account, this fuss-free, innovative platform will make applying for roles even easier, and allow you to tailor job alerts to your needs. You can securely upload your CV and our autofill software will detect your work experience, education, and personal information to save you time and make it easier to adjust and update your data. You can also advise us of your availability, set your desired salary, and track the status of all of your job applications to know exactly what stage you are at with each role.

We haven’t forgotten about our clients! By registering for the Engagement Hub, you’ll have the ability to upload jobs directly to us, including full job briefs and descriptions. The LiveLists feature gives you a lot more accessibility to the jobs you assign us. You’ll be able to see all CV applications, what role they’ve applied for, and read executive summaries detailing each candidate’s fit for the role. It also gives you the ability to schedule interviews and communicate directly with your dedicated Recruitment Specialist all in one place.

Our new features will streamline the experience of both clients and candidates and let you find out a little bit more about what goes on behind the scenes of scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback, and of course, making the right choice.
