Our client is looking for a Trainee Finance Administrator, to provide clerical and administrative support to the finance function


Preparation and input of the daily Client and Executors Account payments including cheques, transfers and receipts in accordance with company procedures
Responsible for dealing with all internal and external queries relating to the Client and Executors accounts
Responsible for the processing of payment requests including cheques, Faster Payments and telegraphic transfers for Office and Group Accounts in accordance with company procedures
Responsible for Coding, inputting and payment of Expense claims
Responsible for input and paying in of all cheques received
Responsible for input and payment of weekly wages for Jersey


The ideal candidate will have strong academic background, well versed with desktop programmes including the Microsoft Office Suite
No previous accounting / finance experience required but experience within an office environment would be advantageous
