Prospective candidates will be analytically minded with a solid understanding of HR / Payroll processes and an aptitude for problem solving.
Strong IT skills are essential as is the ability to pick up new systems and software knowledge quickly.
People management and training skills are also required, with added experience in presenting information effectively.
