The principal purpose of this role is to provide timely, efficient and compliant Trust &
Corporate Administration services primarily in respect of:
The provision of new entity incorporations and formations

Main duties include :

Reservation of Company Names, Incorporations and Formations
Manage referrals from Partners and fee earners ensuring effective service is provided in
a timely manner
Provide regular and accurate updates to the business in relation to the progress of
referrals
Liaise with the CDD Team to ensure CDD requirements are met
Tasks to include establishment questionnaires, appointment of Directors, preparing stock
transfer forms, Mem & Arts and minutes, resolving queries and ensuring all
documentation is completed to an acceptable standard, ensuring documentation reach
the JFSC Registry at the proper time and closing matters according to procedures
Company Secretarial / Administration and Client Reviews
Leading and overseeing the maintenance of orderly sets of statutory books, company
registers and records
Deal with day to day correspondence and administrative matters within the business
Lead the provision of the invoicing cycle and administration, liaising with finance
department as required
