About Us

Tina Rafferty

Tina has an exceptionally strong Global HR background and having worked in a wide range of industries and consultancy assignments, Tina is accomplished at building top level relationships and trust within Financial, Commercial and 3rd Sector organisations. Tina promotes equal opportunities and diversity ensuring HR disciplines are initiated within the complex structures of new set-ups, mergers and acquisitions across different business units and jurisdictions. Tina has good strategic appreciation and vision and is able to build and implement sophisticated plans with a proven track record, explicitly supporting business needs. Self-driven and self-reliant, Tina sets aims and targets and leads by example. With her collaborative approach and good interpersonal skills, Tina engages, motivates and encourages others through change.

Tina is a Level 5 CMI Chartered Manager and CIPD Associate and is currently in the final Dissertation stage of a Legal Law Masters – Employment Law and Practice UK and EU. With wide-ranging generalist HR knowledge, Tina’s key skills and abilities include:

  • Able to maintain close relationships with external bodies, suppliers and clients

  • Leader in employee relations, managing conflict and problem solving
  • Accomplished in HR and Payroll systems such as Empower, PeopleSoft, People Management, Navision, Sage, PeopleInc and PeopleHR
