She was a recent board member of the Skills Board and past member of the Employment Forum and an active member and past President of Rotary De La Manche.


Lindsay Wood, Director

Lindsay plays an active part in the day-to-day running of the business and is heavily involved in Temporary recruitment. She has over 13 years experience including payroll and has completed the ILM Qualification – Jersey Employment Law, Management & Practice.


Lesley Le Vesconte, Senior Recruitment Consultant

Lesley joined ASL in 2004 as a Recruitment Consultant after an initial career in HR. After 2 years, she took over a part time role within the accounts team which included managing the payroll for our busy Temp desk. Always having a passion for recruitment, she has delightedly moved back into the role of a Recruitment Consultant where she enjoys meeting Clients and helping Candidates find their ideal role.



Muriel Morgan, Receptionist & Administrator

Muriel has a diverse range of experience across finance, commercial & retail businesses. Before joining the team at ASL, Muriel held a supervisory position for 4 years within a recruitment agency that specialised in retail. As ASL’s first point of contact, Muriel is dedicated to delivering a warm, welcoming and professional service to all of our clients and candidates whilst providing all areas of the business with essential administration support.
