Trainee Corporate Administrator

Our client is an award winning Legal Firm looking for a Trainee Corporate Administrator to join their newest team working within an open and progressive work environment.

The role responsibilities will include preparation of minutes, resolutions and correspondence, coordination of the timely execution of documentation, attending to statutory filings in accordance with applicable deadlines, maintaining statutory records and processing of bank payments, reconciliation of payment logs and approvals.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year’s previous experience in a corporate administration role. Excellent academics are essential and the ideal candidate will hold the ICSA qualification or will currently be working towards this.
