This role is to Support the Client Management Team

Your duties will include:

Assisting with ongoing client service activities
Anticipate, recognise and meet the needs of internal and external clients, taking responsibility for maintaining the highest service standards
Managing all data entry functions for our core wealth management system, including the input of client valuations and transactions
Monitoring for receipt of funds and outgoings
Collection of investment advisory fees
Transaction processing & client security checking/call backs
Preparation of client materials including the update of quarterly investment reports, investment annual reviews, presentations and letters
Documentation management / scanning

An excellent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems
Prior data entry/administrative experience within an investment business background will be helpful
