Administrator – Sales Support

An interesting and unique position has arisen within a small but highly successful local, commercial business.

They are looking for a high end administrator to support their sales and customer team.

Duties to include:

Primarily dealing with sales team administration
Assisting with projects including pricing and purchasing
Putting together quotes for customers
Answering incoming telephone calls and email enquiries

The ideal candidate must have:

Self motivation and the ability to work alone as well as within a small, extremely busy team
A high level of Customer Service – Customer service is a priority at all times
An enquiring mind and the ability to obtain product knowledge
Be confident to put together quotes
Excellent technical skills
Training will be given on all products used by the company and their in-house system
The opportunity will be given to progress within the company if required
