12 month contract a available for a Compliance Assistant who can help:

Ensuring CDD documentation is maintained in line with the requirements of the JFSC AML/CFT Handbook;
Understanding the CDD requirements for different types of entities e.g. Trust and Companies
Updating and maintaining relevant databases and registers, ensuring information is correct and accessible
Providing feedback on status of CDD and request refreshed CDD when required from Trust team
Ensure profiles for each structure is documented and clear on the relevant database in line with the requirements of the JFSC AML/CFT Handbook
Assist with compliance ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required

Abilities and Skills

good knowledge and understanding of the JFSC AML/CFT Handbook
Work independently and within a team
attention to detail is essential
good organisational and time management skills are essential
Good working knowledge of IT software, particularly Microsoft Excel
