Our client is seeking an Accounts Officer who is ideally part qualified ACCA or CAT qualified or working towards a professional qualification. Duties to include:

Responsibility for the bookkeeping and preparation of accounts for a PTC structure, comprising of Trusts and Companies (mainly BVI and USA);
live bookkeeping and monthly/quarterly reporting and annual accounts;
Preparation/ review of ad hoc reports such as cash flow forecasts and budgets;
Manage client relationships, providing quality and responsive service to clients;
Liaise with third parties such as client advisers, accountants, and tax agents in both the UK and USA
Ensuring that all tasks, reconciliations etc. are completed in a timely manner and that all internal and external regulatory & statutory deadlines are adhered to;
Prepare for and attend annual client meeting to review the financial accounts;
Be able to provide sound, quality and technical guidance to other team members and to clients;
onitor WIP against agreed budgets and report variances to the line-manager;
Perform other duties to support the line- manager and team as may be necessary from time-to-time.
Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level or in-house procedures.
