Senior Officer / Assistant Manager, Business Support Team, is with this leading Investor Services group which combines global expertise with an unwavering focus on client service delivery. They support fund managers, global companies, family offices and private clients operating worldwide.

You'll play a key role in the Business Support team, creating value and making a difference to their fast-paced organisation. You’ll be providing a variety of tasks to ensure that they improve and deliver processes and projects which drive operational excellence.

Every day is a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, have great IT skills, an eye for detail and be very organised so you are able to prioritise your day.
Strong communication skills are also a must to help them increase productivity, efficiencies and deliver the highest level of client service. You’ll act as a role model to implement their group culture.

Another string to your bow will be to build strong relationships across the wider business and help us ensure they are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures.
You will need to have a curious mind and use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner.

Together the business finds solutions and makes things happen but to do this they want you to contribute; looking for ways to help them get better at what we do in the most efficient and effective way.

Qualifications:

The right to live and work in Jersey
In depth knowledge of local regulatory knowledge
Relevant professional qualification
Strong IT knowledge
Good understanding of the relevant laws relating to Trust Company Business
Good understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a Fiduciary business
Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience, and at least 3 years in a project focused role
