They are seeking an experienced payments clerk to join there team, if you are looking to join a company that focus on their people, then this is the role for you.

Key responsibilities
Assisting with routine client and bank queries and correspondence
Maintaining the Team's office diary
Maintain accurate daily time-recording
Preparing bank payments, raising cheques and monitoring actions by bank
Assist with quarterly client billing and collect client fees on a timely basis as requested
Maintain responsibility for payment queues ensuring cut off times met
Daily reconciliation of payments
Maintenance of Banking Platforms

Attributes / Technical Skills

Competent in Excel, Word, Outlook
Work on and update database, i.e. ViewPoint
Communication and organisation skills
Time management to prioritise busy workload
Accuracy and detail
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
Attention to customer service
Team worker
Enthusiasm to learn and gain knowledge of all aspects of the role
