Our client is a leading independent provider of fiduciary and administration solutions based in Jersey. They currently have an exciting role available for an Operations Manager.

Role summary:

● Lead a small team of Operations specialists to ensure that the business get best excellent service.
● Work in partnership with WSG/Funds and the rest of the business to provide support across the organisation.
● Drive continuous improvement, identifying process improvements and build business cases for operational changes to enhance client experience.
● Reporting on all key Operations metrics and provide variance analysis on same.
● Lead a wide variety of business projects that will ultimately create value for the company and clients alike.
● Promote awareness of the P&P, and contribute to actions that help ensure that they are being adhered to.

Key skills:

● 5+ years of Trust Operations/ Wealth Management Industry experience.
● Experience with architecture strategy, governance, compliance, development and execution
● Management and leadership experience.
● Project management experience.
● Possesses tenacious drive and persistence in getting things done
● Having a clear understanding of the relationship between the operational requirements of a business, corporate strategy and customer satisfaction.
● Ability to interact with all levels of the company.
● Demonstrates traditional and non-traditional leadership skills.
● Possess effective oral, written and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
● Proficient in the use of project management tools and techniques.
● Build and maintain relationships with employees, management and executives while working in a team environment.
● Familiar with activity-based costing methodology.
● Ability to apply statistical process controls.
● Understands the fundamentals of quality assurance programs.
● Understands lean processing principles.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM).
● Technical understanding of CRM, Flyingboat, Excel spreadsheets and SharePoint
