Theyare looking for an ICT Applications and Database Analyst to join their global ICT team to play a key role in application and database change projects to future-proof our business.
This role will also involve developing reports and workflows that help drive business efficiency and ensuring their application stack meets the needs of the business and is aligned with best practices
Main Responsibilities
Manage and support our application suite and associated databases, including our document and practice management systems
Project work – system upgrades, migrations and data integration
Database administration and support
Developing reports and stored procedures
Low code' development for business workflows and data integration
Be involved in day to day operational work as required, such as backups, monitoring, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
Educated to Microsoft Certified Systems Associate level or equivalent relevant qualifications
Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS
iManage WorkSite document management system
Business Workflow Tools, such as Metastorm or Intapp
CRM systems
Knowledge of IT security best practices
