Senior Administrator – Real Estate


Our client is a global leader in providing expert administrative services to clients operating and investing in the international business environment. The Company works with global law firms and accountancy firms, multinational corporations, financial institutions, fund managers, high net worth individuals and family offices.

They have an exciting role available for a Senior Administrator within their Real Estate team. The Team manages structures holding assets across many property sectors, including office, retail, industrial, shopping centres, hotels and leisure, residential, development and student accommodation. Their experience in establishing and administering real estate structures for joint ventures, funds and long-term asset holding is extensive. Their specialist abilities are particularly effective in administering complex structures owning high value assets.

Technical Attributes

• Collaborate with your team to manage a portfolio of clients, offering advice from our internal processes
• Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by your manager or clients
• Be a technical expert on client structures, including any regulatory requirements that are applicable

Client Care

• Ensure client records are clearly updated with all correspondence
• Communicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis
• Maintain client documents with integrity

People & Team

• Be responsible and approachable when given tasks by a senior team member
• Provide new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks
• Take care of and establish good relationships with all suppliers, team mates and clients
• Drive personal development using all the resources available at Intertrust to achieve success


• Assist in the preparation of fee quotes in relation to expected costs and contribution to the analysis of actual costs against budget
• Accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced
• Take the necessary corrective and preventative action if an error occurs including timely logging on the error reporting system

Skills & Expertise

• Experience in a similar role
• Studying towards/hold a professional qualification, ideally ICSA
• Be able to deal with tasks independently & use own initiative
