Our client is an independent global specialist in trust, fiduciary, and fund solutions provider who serves high net worth individuals and their families seeking diversified active-wealth solutions, as well as, medium to large sized companies, asset managers and their investors. They are looking for an experienced individual to join their Human Resources team, as the Human Resources Officer.

The successful candidate would work closely with the Head of Human Resources, focussing on Recruitment and On-boarding and Learning and Development. They will be the point of contact for all Managers, Agencies and future Employees across the jurisdictions on all recruitment and on-boarding, learning and development.

This role would suit an individual with five years previous HR experience desirably managing recruitment, selection and on boarding end to end process. An Individual that also has knowledge and experience in learning and development and employment legislation and regulations would be an advantaged. The jobholder must be a strong team player, pro-active and have excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to deliver consistently against deadlines. The successful candidate will use a solution based approach to solve problems and have the ability to identify improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve or refer first point of contact queries with clients, responding within agreed processes and protocols. This will include providing HR advice on policies and procedures couple with best practice.
• Administer and manage recruitment and selection, including arranging of interviews, references and offers, including relevant forms and induction material.
• Responsible for maintaining and point of contact for all learning and development

Experience, Key Skills and Qualifications

• Five years of HR experience within a professional services environment
• CIPD qualified or part qualifies
• Working understanding of employment and data protection legislation/regulations
• Experience working on the recruitment and on-boarding end to end process
• HR data analysis and reporting experience
• Ability to prioritise effectively and meet HR deadlines during busy periods, as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of administration
• Experience of a range of administration procedures and practices preferably gained in a client focused environment
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel skills
