Our client is a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services delivering tailored fiduciary services to a highly valued international client base through a global network of regulated businesses within multiple leading financial jurisdictions.

They are seeking a Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager for their Marketing & Corporate Communications team who will be responsible for a number of key areas within the marketing team, taking the lead on: print and digital advertising, marketing collateral (documents and presentations) and merchandise (both external and internal).
This position will be a fully integrated member of the global marketing, events and communications team, working closely with the senior management and business development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, an analytical mind and be able to demonstrate that they can produce consistently high quality documentation as well as bringing creative ideas forward. Experience of working to strict deadlines is essential. You must be pragmatic, able to work independently and with a team across different time zones. You must also be conscientious by seeing every project through to the deadline. Therefore, a relentless focus, professional and a can-do attitude are essential to the role.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with all relevant business product leaders and country heads – including go-to-market-teams, group & back office functions where appropriate.
• Ensure the smooth-running of the print and digital advertising, marketing collateral (documents and presentations) and merchandise (both external and internal)
• Manage, prioritise and execute all projects from receipt to completion against tight deadlines as well as prior planning for the key areas to ensure that constant progression of processes
• Understanding overall marketing messages for each business division, region and business function, and how this is structured
• Work with the Global Marketing & Corporate Communications team to ensure all marketing collateral in relation to all areas of the role, providing suggestions and ideas around how best to progress these areas
• Ensure all marketing material adhere to regulatory signoff and has gone through the approval process
• Assist other members of the Global Marketing & Corporate Communications team and the business development and product development team leaders to produce bespoke material for client relationship management activities, campaigns and initiatives
• Police all brand collateral and material communicated both internally and externally across the business / jurisdictions

Skills and Experience required –

• 3 to 5+ years’ experience in working in a marketing, business development or sales support department
• Day-to-day work experience in professional financial services business
• Clear communication style both written and verbal
• Demonstrable initiative, enthusiasm and can-do attitude to be a team player, ability to multi-task, be self-sufficient in prioritising, organizing workloads, planning ahead and encouraging colleagues at all levels
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver hands-on help as part of the global team
• Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure
• Good inter-personal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships
• Strong experience in creating high quality documentation. Plus ability and skills at desktop publishing within MS Word, MS PowerPoint – a must for this role
