Our client is an independent financial services provider who provides global administration, trustee, accounting, and management and governance solutions. They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly accurate individual to join their Real Estate services team.

The successful candidate will deliver a first class administrative service to a small portfolio of clients in line with the defined business activities. You will maintain and enhance client relationships on your own portfolio and will carry out all tasks efficiently and effectively in accordance with Company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a sound academic background and will be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. In addition, you will have a minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience, preferably administering corporate clients.



• Sound academic background
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant industry experience, preferably administering corporate clients
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• An understanding of the local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements in which we operate
• Well-developed communication skills – written and verbal English


• Studying towards:
o COA, or
o ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance Administration, or
o STEP Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management, or
o Certificate or Diploma in Fund Administration

• Studying for or a willingness to study for:
o ICSA Diploma
o STEP Diploma
