Administrator – Performance and Reward Management

Your position

The Company’s Performance & Reward Management team delivers complete, pragmatic solutions in this rapidly developing area. You will be committed and driven to achieving excellence for the team and their clients in addition to being proactive and forward thinking.

A candidate can expect to be involved in a number of different employee share schemes on team. These can vary considerably between clients and include, for example, standard share plans for listed companies, more bespoke share plans for private companies, nominee arrangements, share warehousing structures and joint share ownership arrangements. A candidate would have a varied workload focused on providing exceptional customer service including but not limited to client communications, preparing resolutions for the trustee, instructions to intermediaries and business partners, payments, updating share award registers, updating trust records and assisting with On-boarding new clients.

Technical Attributes

• Effectively administer a modest portfolio of Share Plan clients, with support from team management
• Proactively take on additional administration tasks to support other team members, based on client demands
• Develop and build knowledge of the team's Share Awards site and other trust accounting and management systems
• To have an awareness of and be keen to develop an understanding of key trustee and share plan concepts
• Comply with relevant jurisdictional regulatory requirements and all Company policies & procedures

Client Care

• Ensure client data integrity and client records are maintained accurately at all times
• Communicate openly and honestly with clients and team members on a regular basis
• Effectively manage and prioritise your daily work activities
• Deliver excellent client service

People & Team

• Work alongside an experienced assistant manager assisting them with their workloads and taking responsibility for administration tasks under their supervision
• Be responsible and approachable when given tasks by team members
• Demonstrate Company values at all times
• Establish good relationships with clients, intermediaries and team members
• Drive personal development using all the resources made available by the Company to achieve success

Skills & Expertise

• Be able to deal with tasks independently & use own initiative
• Must be committed and driven to achieving service excellence for themselves and their clients.
• Strong academic background
• Be proactive and forward thinking
• Candidates would ideally have one or two years’ experience in a similar role or another area of the finance industry with transferable skills
• The Company would provide support towards obtaining a professional qualification i.e. ICSA/ STEP
• A good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
