Our client is a multinational investment bank and financial services holding company. They are currently seeking an experienced individual to join their Wealth team in the role of Communications and Campaign Support Officer.

The successfully applicant will help to drive awareness of Wealth in the Company by managing internal and external communications and campaigns, as well as supporting the Wealth team in the day-to-day activities.

Specifically responsibilities will include:

• Internal communications – understand business context, own the runway for communications, and draft content for dissemination to multiple layers of stakeholders
• External marketing and communications – working closely with Customer Communications, Marketing and Digital Marketing team to activate human and digital led Wealth channels
• Wealth Insights – own runway and approval process for Wealth, FX and Marketing insights, as well as managing insights for Wealth distribution more generally
• Events planning for Customer Value Management (CVM) and Strategic Business Operations (SBO) Wealth as and when required
• Own material for Wealth journeys including regulatory documentation, product literature, and all customer facing material
• In Depth Product Reviews – complete for Wealth CVM business, working with CVM risk manager to ensure timely submission

Experience required:

• Crafting internal communications for dissemination to multiple layers of stakeholders
• Campaign and external marketing management
• Knowledge of Wealth products and propositions, including some awareness of the regulatory environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Set and achieved challenging short, medium and long term goals which exceeded the standards in their field
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
• Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively
