Technical Attributes

• Collaborate with your team to manage your client's portfolio in accordance with organisation processes
• Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks to support team members as required
• Work towards becoming an expert in technical matters relating to pensions and savings
• Comply with relevant jurisdictional regulatory requirements and all organisation policy & procedures
• Preparation of payments
• Prepare resolutions for companies and trusts as required

Client Care

• Ensure client data integrity and client records are maintained accurately at all times
• Communicate openly and honestly with clients and team members on a regular basis
• Maintain client documents with integrity
• Provide support in the opening of bank accounts
• Effectively manage and prioritise your daily work activities
• Deliver excellent client service in a timely and accurate manner

People & Team

• Be responsible and approachable when given tasks by team members
• Provide new, innovate ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks
• Demonstrate organisation values at all times
• Establish good relationships with clients, intermediaries and team members

Skills & Expertise

• Be able to deal with tasks independently & use own initiative
• Must be committed and driven to achieving service excellence for themselves and their clients
• Strong academic background
• Be proactive and forward thinking
• Knowledge or experience in pensions or savings would be advantageous
• Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft software i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of bespoke administration banking and account software packages i.e. Eq
• Be committed to commencing or already studying towards professional qualification i.e. ICSA/ STEP / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
