Assistant Manager – Family Office Services

Our client is an independent financial services provider who provides global administration, trustee, accounting, and management and governance solutions. They are seeking an Assistant Manager to join this friendly and innovative team; representing one of their key service areas, family office administration requires a unique combination of understanding, skills and experience.

Job purpose

You will assist with the supervision, management and development of a team of administrators to deliver a comprehensive first class administrative service to UHNW family office clients.


Essential –

• Table 4 qualification such as (but not restricted to)
o ICSA Diploma
o STEP Diploma
o Any other Table 4 qualification
• 6 years’ relevant industry administration experience
• Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis
• Experience of administering portfolios for UHNW private/family office clients and understanding their needs
• Familiarity with private trust company structures
• Good understanding of client financial statements

Desirable –

• Experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge and understanding of other key offshore centres’ finances industries, legislation and regulatory requirements
• People management theory and practical application
