Trainee Administrator – Real Estate Services


Our client is an independent financial services provider who provides global administration, trustee, accounting, and management and governance solutions. They are seeking a Trainee Administrator to join their Real Estate Services Team. The candidate will deliver a high level of administrative support to the team, in line with the defined business activities ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with the organisation’s procedures.


The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent and ideally some previous office experience. You will be studying towards or be willing to study towards a professional qualification.

Essential –

• Sound academic background
• Studying towards or a willingness to study for a professional qualification such as:
o ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance Administration
o STEP Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management
o Certificate or Diploma in Fund Administration
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A basic understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory requirement in which we operate

Desirable –

• Previous office experience
