Our client is an independent financial services provider who provides global administration, trustee, accounting, and management and governance solutions. Their Corporate Services team is looking for an additional Administrator to join the team to deliver a first-class administrative service to a portfolio of corporate clients. You will be working in a team that customises their approach to the needs of each client and transaction. That means bringing together exactly the right mix of skills and expertise to manage every aspect of the client's deal and maintain the integrity of the structuring.

Job Purpose

To deliver a first-class administrative service to a small portfolio of clients in line with the defined business activities. To maintain and enhance client relationships on own portfolio. All tasks to be carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with the organisation’s procedures.

Requirements

Essential –

• Sound academic background
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant industry experience, preferably administering corporate clients
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• An understanding of the local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements in which we operate

Desirable –

• Studying towards a table 5 qualification
