Administrator – Team Support – Family Office Services

Our client is an independent financial services provider who provides global administration, trustee, accounting, and management and governance solutions. They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly accurate individual to join theirr Family Office services team, to assist the administrators with basic tasks concerning their client portfolio.


The ideal candidate needs to be able to demonstrate attention to detail with a focus on quality to ensure the team and clients receive an excellent service. You will deliver a high level of administrative support to the team, in line with the defined business activities, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with the organisation’s procedures.

Essential –

• GCSE’s in English Language and Mathematics
• Previous office experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable –

• A levels or equivalent of
• A basic understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory
• requirements in which we operate
