Administrator – FATCA

Our client is an independent financial services provider who provides global administration, trustee, accounting, and management and governance solutions. They are looking for an Administrator to work within their FATCA team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a small team where you will assist with building the team and raise its profile within a growing business. You will report to senior management and work with the FATCA team to ensure all tax initiatives are effectively delivered and monitored within the business and all reporting deadlines are met. You will also be supporting other business units and offices where required.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration and relevant industry experience, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software, an understanding of the local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements in which we operate and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.


Essential –

• Sound academic background
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant industry experience
• Previous administration experience

Desirable –

• Jersey tax compliance exposure
• An understanding of the FATCA and CRS reporting requirements
