Our client is a leading independent provider of fiduciary and administration solutions based in Jersey. They need someone who has experience and is a motivated marketer who has a passion for delivery and wants an exciting new chance to shine.

The successful candidate will oversee, execute and evaluate all of the firm’s marketing activities including taking responsibility for the marketing budget. You will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable to ensure we deliver the right level of service to, and solutions for, our business.

Role responsibilities:

• Developing the marketing strategy for the company (with the Director – Business Development) to support the firms objectives
• Managing all marketing for the firm’s activities
• Overseeing the marketing budget and reporting required for the Directors
• Managing and building our brand to ensure visual image and messaging are consistent, accurate and distinct across all marketing channels (e.g. digital and printed materials)
• Planning and delivering marketing campaigns to support our sales strategies, conferences and events
• Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Creative direction, rollout and updating of our marketing materials including solution fliers, infographics, html mailings, the firm magazine, exhibition stand and branded merchandise to support our events and sponsorships
• Artwork production for strategic and ad hoc projects or presentations (e.g. infographics) and events (e.g. feedback card) etc.
• Liaising with our branding agency, printers and other service providers and proactively managing the relationship to get the best service and value from them
• Managing our website content such as our solutions web pages and the staff profiles
• Providing marketing support for recruitment, CSR, staff, client and referrer events and communications.
• Developing and delivering our mailings to support our sales strategies.
• Working closely with our agencies e.g. Westgate for design and branding, MailMate for print and Fusion Consulting ref. social media
• Internal marketing of the BD, Marketing and PR Group in terms of Lunch and Learns newsletters and staff presentations
