Our client is a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services delivering tailored fiduciary services to a highly valued international client base through a global network of regulated businesses within 19 leading financial jurisdictions.

Role summary:

We are seeking an Administrator, reporting to the Manager of the Corporate Services Support Team (“CSS”) within the corporate division. The responsibilities will include administrative support to the administration teams, ensuring compliance with current laws, regulatory matters and the Group risk framework. This role will work closely with the administration teams to provide guidance and support where necessary; handling day-to-day operational tasks and projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues both within the Corporate division and within the wider departments and jurisdictions as required;
• Assist with implementation and creation of divisional procedures;
• Awareness and arrangement of statutory filings within applicable deadlines;
• Oversight and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s”) with a view to preparation of a “weekly Directors Dashboard”;
• Fulfil duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the CSS Manager;
• Maintenance of entity data;
• Logging of breaches, errors and complaints;
• Assist with LEI applications and renewals;
• Responsibility for updates to the Group Authorised Signatory List (divisional specific) and circulation of same to third parties;
• Assist the client relationship teams, where necessary with general administration such as assisting with the collation of due diligence and customer take on procedures, periodic reviews, board packs, and board minutes.

Skills / experience required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the finance industry;
• An understanding of Jersey Statutory laws relevant regulatory laws and quality standards;
• Excellent communication, organisational skills;
• Aptitude in problem solving;
• Displays good attention to detail;
• A flexible approach is required.
