This role sits within marketing and requires a highly organised individual who can multi taks, you're at the heart of the team's event activities and the soul that keeps things moving forward. You’ll anticipate their needs and help them stay focused on our multiple events by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You will move quickly with our changing environment and in addition to being highly organised and a master juggler you will need to possess great communication skills to interact with a wide variety of people across the Group, thier external providers and their clients.

Working behind the scenes, the team make a significant impact on the people we support. You will need to be an independent thinker who isn't afraid to ask questions to get the job done in a way that never overlooks the details.

QUALIFICATIONS
Perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, booking travel and scheduling facilities and equipment.
Organize logistics and duties for multiple offices and event venues in different locations.
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into our existing processes.
Experience with interacting with clients.
Right to live and work in Jersey.
Previous PA or event experience.
Part time hours would be considered for the right applicant

Salary is circa 30K FTE
