You will need to be switched-on and have a can do attitude to carry out a variety of administrative tasks.
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work are vital to enable you to assist the team with day-to-day tasks such as maintenance of spreadsheets, preparation of minutes and the harmonisation of client and company procedures.

You will be curious and have an eagerness to learn and grow and a passion to make a difference. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential qualities, which will stand you in good stead as you work effectively and collaboratively with the team, clients and others within the organisation. Building strong relationships and identifying client needs in this customer centric role is important.

They will actively support your personal and professional development by providing new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development paths.

The right to live and work in Jersey
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
Knowledge of the Finance Industry in Jersey
2 years’ experience within a Corporate of Funds environment
Preferably ICSA qualified or working towards ICSA or other relevant qualification
