You’ll be highly organized, have an eye for detail and draw on your existing experience.
One of your key responsibilities will be to manage the billing system for our Jersey clients; working closely with client Managers to facilitate the monthly bill runs, generate invoices and process credit note requests.

With your analytical mind you will produce MI for the billing and time data, generate and review the billing and recovery reports and also generate the annual responsibility fee schedule, managing the fee condition reviews and updates.

Every day brings different challenges so you’ll need to be a team player at heart so collectively you can priotise the day, sometimes with conflicting deadlines that still need to be met.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bookkeeping experience
Experience in the maintenance and administration of the sale ledger process
Computer literate
Working knowledge of Microgen and Sun systems (desirable)
