Our client has a vacancy for a skilled and adaptable Personal Assistant to two senior managers – 4 days a week for 18 hours – for 6 months

They are currently going through an exciting transition which includes moving to new offices.

Key duties will include being the first point of contact for all correspondence, managing and maintaining the management diaries, booking travel and accommodation, logging and handling any inquiries and collating and distributing management and board reports.

This is an exciting and varied role which requires the post holder to have excellent local knowledge together with an interest in current affairs. A high level of spelling and grammar is essential together with the skills of being highly organised and proactive with the ability to meet deadlines.

Applicants will need to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and first-class communication skills.

This is a part-time, temporary position working 18 hours per week Monday to Thursday for a minimum period of 6 months.
