Global Recruitment Administrator – Part Time

A rare opportunity has arisen for a part-time Global Recruitment Administrator for this leading Law firm, to work between 25-28 hours per week.

The successful candidate will carry out the general recruitment administration

Principal duties include:
Liaising with agencies and candidates regarding live vacancies
Following the full recruitment process including assessing CV's, arranging interviews, arranging psychometric testing, offering or declining candidates etc
Ensuring the vacancy page on our website is kept up to date
Assisting in the creation and upkeep of job descriptions
Adding new live vacancies to our social media sites
Attending job fairs and career events along with the Recruitment Specialist
Carrying out the administration tasks involved in the various student schemes that are offered
Work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure a full recruitment and offer process is in place

Experience/skills required:

Excellent oral and written communication
Experience of the recruitment process whether in-house or agency side highly preferable but not essential
High attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
