Assistant Manager Corporate Services

The Company works with global law firms and accountancy firms, multinational corporations, financial institutions, fund managers, high net worth individuals and family offices.

Your Position
Corporate Services provides onshore and offshore director, corporate administration, secretarial, bookkeeping and accounting services to diverse corporate and institutionally owned multi-jurisdictional structures consisting of companies, limited partnerships, unit trusts and other vehicles.
They operate a global service line which ensures consistent application of good governance and best practice in corporate administration services across multiple jurisdictions and time zones, and provides the ability to deliver innovative solutions to clients with an international profile

Technical Attributes
Build knowledge and experience in practice areas
Be responsible for the administration of a portfolio and for ensuring clients are managed effectively
Be responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures and standard documents and contribute to the development of procedures where appropriate
Keep up to date with technology and business tools that are relevant to the role
Ensure that clients’ statutory records and the statutory database/register is up to date
Proactively contribute to Knowledge Management and to the development of precedents and procedures
Consider regulatory issues at all time and report any concerns to senior management as appropriate

Client Care
Establish credibility with clients
Oversee the quality of client service provided by direct reports
Be responsible for building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients
Develop awareness of the potential to generate new business for the business group from both new and existing clients
Establish, build and remain relationships with external contacts

People & Team
Supervise and assist in the training of any direct reports, provide regular feedback and identify any additional training needs
Ensure the time, effort and resources of self and of direct reports are managed effectively in order to generate maximum efficiencies
Promote team work and strong relationships with other immediate team members and Group Services to achieve personal, service line and group objectives 
Skills & Expertise
Experience in a similar role
Be able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative
Strong academic background and hold ICSA/STEP/ACCA
Have expert knowledge of local legislation
Be able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative
Must be committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves and your client
