Our client, who is based in Trinity is seeking an office administrator.

The main duties are :

Customer service and answering queries
Updating customer records and basic book-keeping
Managing office supplies and petty cash
Reconciling bank statements
Preparing invoices and statements using Quickbooks
Paying invoices
Paying salaries and all related admin such as ITIS and social security

Skills Required:

Quickbooks
Microsoft 365
Internet Banking
Excellent Organisation Skills
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
