Trainee Trust Administrator

Our client is offering a superb Trainee Trust Administrator opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative support to all team members as required and will be required to help the team with scanning, filing and general administration.

The main duties are as follows:

To provide administrative support to all team members as required.
Answering phones, photocopying, scanning, faxing, preparing emails, letters and spread sheets in conjunction with team members.
Liaising with clients and intermediaries and implementing their instructions once approved by your mentor.
Preparing on-line payments and preparing appropriate vouchers.
Preparing necessary documentation for the incorporation or dissolution of companies and engrossment or termination of Trusts.
Prepare annual returns for client companies.
Maintain the statutory records and database for the entities administered..
Assist with any other duties as and when required.

Excellent communication (written and spoken) organisational and analytical skills required.

Must be educated to A Level standard or equivalent
