Our client is seeking an Account Manager who can undertake the following:

Manage renewal process for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring client needs are met and that policies are renewed,
working to a 100% client retention target
To generate and convert new business opportunities, working to set targets
Assist where required with occasional individual client contact / support
Develop working relationship with clients to promote customer satisfaction.
Provide professional customer service to clients at all times.
Regular written, verbal and face to face client contact as required
To ensure accuracy of advice given, working to clear compliance guidelines
To work closely with key suppliers to ensure client needs are met; pricing, service levels, claims issues etc
To manage own workload in order to effectively service the client relationship and ensure placements are completed within
client deadlines
To ensure client information and sales plans are kept up to date within the appropriate internal systems
To deal with internal and external queries from colleagues, suppliers
To implement and maintain the highest level of client administration
Work closely with corporate support team where required
To promote the company brand and reinforce presence as the leading healthcare insurance advisor in the islands
