We are seeking a proccess driven, experienced Office Manager for our client based in town.

Key responsibilities to include:

– Providing key point of contact to all stakeholders
– Ensuring complience
– Assisting in setting the standard for and delivering an excellent level of customer service at all times
– Assisting in the issuance of all quotes, contracts, designs and service level agreements and follwing the proccess through
– Managing and resourcing staff to ensure high productivity
– Assisting in managing the materials store and overseeing stock control
– Providing all manners of administration, including basic book-keeping, HR, payroll, holiday charts, marketing administration, training administration, ordering, recruitment etc
– Create and maintain effective reporting, evaluation and monitoring methods
– Business development

Prospective candidates will be confident trouble shooters with the ability to spin many plates and turn their hand to anything.

Organisation, integrity, honesty and a positive attitude are essential as is excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.

Experience of using Xero or another cloud accounting software would be desireable.
