The marketing team supports the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank by identifying, developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support the brand and it’s objectives both locally and globally.

This role is a member of the Digital Marketing and Social Media team, reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The team develops and executes customer-focused digital marketing strategies and activities, which align to the objectives and ambitions of both the Global Marketing strategy, and that of the business lines in the country (Retail and Wealth Management, Commercial Banking and Private Banking), in turn driving revenue targets. The role is responsible for the management of activity on customer websites and social media channels for all business lines in the country. It has a crucial part in ensuring that marketing responds proactively and appropriately to the challenges set by the business lines in the country, within the context of existing and potential customer needs.

The role holder must be fully aware of the opportunities and constraints presented by the economic environment, regulation, the market, technology and our competitors.

In this role, you will:

• Implementing and executing the strategy, with market leading initiatives on digital channels to include customer websites and social media channels, ensuring all activities are aligned to the Global Digital Marketing strategy for the business lines in the country, with defined targets for each channel that support the overall revenue target. Digital marketing will play a critical role in achieving business targets, in particular for customer acquisition for RBWM Expat.
• Driving the digital marketing analytics strategy through development and usage of performance metrics. Driving the optimisation of the customer journey to enhance customer experience and ensure a consistent creative approach across all marketing assets.
• Developing and maintaining the content and functionality of the customer website and supporting the maintenance of other business line website content as required.
• Working and building relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and global teams to deliver projects and performance to support the business goals.
• Supporting innovation in Digital marketing, by building on existing services and developing new digital assets which align with the business and marketing strategy. Recommending and creating proposals to use new tools, tactics and media channels.
• Supporting the adherence to marketing and social media governance standards, processes, policies, and guidelines.
