This is a new role within a great organisation, the purpose of the role is to oversee an efficient and accurate day-to-day administrative service to a portfolio of clients, in support of a team of financial advisers.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

To ensure the wealth administration team provides timely and accurate service to both clients and wealth advisers.
Administration of a portfolio of clients for pensions, investments and protection
Build relationships with clients and providers/insurers.
Ability to help the team achieve high compliance standards
To ensure that agreed service standards with clients are met.
Oversee updating and maintenance of database system records and files.
Dealing with all aspects of queries from clients and attending client meetings where necessary.
Ensuring the wealth administration team’s day-to-day work is properly prioritised.
Supervise training of new Administrators.
Escalating serious matters relating to work quickly to a Director, offering possible solutions and recommendations where appropriate.
Obtaining valuations/policy particulars for the advisers.
Identification and implementation of updates to documentation as and when required
Any other administrative tasks as requested from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in the administration of client portfolios is essential
At least 3 – 5 years’ management experience
Ideally has an understanding of or experience in the financial advice industry.
Working towards Dip PFS, CISI or other relevant professional qualification
Comprehensive knowledge of Windows applications
