Senior Administrator Real Estate –

This is a new position within the team where the individual will have oversight and be responsible for a number of real estate clients and their transactional activity – organising and attending client meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions, attending to statutory findings, maintaining statutory records and coordinating of the timely signing of documentation.

Our client operates within a supportive and collaborative environment and this individual will not only be able to progress and develop their career with structured training but they will also be involved with the development, supervision and training of more junior administrators and trainee administrators within the team.

They are keen to see individuals who have 4-6 years' experience within a previous real estate environment and who hold a professional qualification such as ICSA. It is essential for candidates to have strong working knowledge of real estate structures and real estate specific UK taxation, with sound accounting fundamentals.
We are looking for candidates who are tech savvy and those who have a 'think outside the box' approach to their work – keeping up to date with industry trends and insights to help service our clients more efficiently.
