This is a really great role, working as part of a small friendly team you will spend time both in and out of the office.

It offers the successful candidate a varied working day , when you are not out of the office you will be carrying out administrative duties, so it needs a candidate who is comfortable and competent at with both sides of the role.

You will be highly organised with great customer service skills along with the ability to manage and prioritise your own time effectively.

You will be required to meet contractors to view work that is due, or has been carried out, ensuring that everything runs smootly. Dealing with everything regarding new tenants viewing and taking properties and with the exiting tenants to include leases and deposits, ensuring a smooth transition, in line with the company's policies and procedures.

These duties also include the checking of agreements that are in place to ensure cleaning, fire alarm tests and other tasks are carried out efficiently

It is vitally important that you have solid administration experience, a high level of attention to detail and are IT literate. It is imperative that everything is accurately recorded on the systems.

Must be able to drive and have their own car.
