To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Experience of working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Knowledge of Banking / Retail banking and Wealth Management.
Experience of delivering a variety of training solutions, including but not limited to, soft skills, system training and regulatory requirements.
Strong organisational, planning, interpersonal, management, negotiation skills and an ability to learn quickly.
A flexible and adaptable approach to change and ability to support others to respond in a similar way.
Exceed expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same.
Exceptional spoken and written communication skills, with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience.
Contribute productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals.
Experience of making prompt and practical business decisions, even in times of ambiguity, considering alternative perspectives and taking responsibility for outcomes.
Level 4 IAD or CII qualification preferred but not essential.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
Customer focuses, with evidence of working to exceed customer expectations.
