International Finance and Billing Specialist


This is a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract for someone that is great with numbers and details driven with at least 1 year’s financial background in a commercial environment.

Reporting to the Technical Billing Manager, this role is responsible for managing the end to end International operational billing and payment processes ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of all International customers and accurate and on time payment of all International suppliers.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications Required:
Good general knowledge of accounting and billing gained through a combination of professional training and practical experience
Good knowledge of, or exposure to, relevant applications and billing systems such as Comverse and Sage
Knowledge of Salesforce desirable
High level of attention to detail is essential
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both in writing and verbally to different levels of the business
Fully competent with excel with excellent data analysis skills

5 years continuous residency in Jersey is required for this role.
