Senior Administrator – Academy

This exciting client wishes to recruit a Senior Administrator for their Training Academy to support the Senior Manager, with the maintenance and design of established learning programmes.

Duties include:

Identify learning opportunities which can be realised through creative online content and develop specific online resources by working with the Senior Manager
Create and maintain online stores of commercial learning resources
Work with the Senior Manager to drive high engagement from the business with Academy Online resource, including the promotion of content for audiences
Support performance management activities surrounding appraisals, objectives, reviews etc
Design and deliver a suite of online techincal curriculums
Deliver induction and other courses
Contrubute to the wider HR team, supporting ad hoc projects etc
