To provide excellent customer service; ensuring that appropriate legislation is adhered to and delivering the service in an accurate and professional manner.

Key skills and experience:
– Educated to ‘GCSE’ level standard with a minimum of five GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade C or above
– Extensive experience of working within a customer focused environment
– A mature and confident approach is needed, as is the ability to communicate calmly, and to work on a one-to-one basis with a range of different clients. It is also essential that the postholder demonstrates a flexible and positive attitude towards working with people who have barriers to entering employment, and / or may come from a wide range of social backgrounds
– Strong interview skills with a proven ability to probe and gather information
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Proven organisational and administration skills with attention to detail
– Ability to work under pressure
– Proven understanding for the need for confidentiality
– Confident and fully competent IT user who is able to use Word, Outlook and have the proven ability to pick up specific processes quickly
