Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Network and desktop administration, including IT infrastructure, active directory, archiving and backup routines.
Administration of telecommunication equipment, including VOIP and Windows Servers
Provision of general support to end-users
Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
Maintaining records of software licences
Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.

Knowledge of the following will be useful but not essential:-
Lotus Notes/Domino
Cisco call manager
SQL Server
Various anti-virus, back-up and archiving applications
Windows Servers
Windows Clients
Principles of IP networks
